How to write effective online classified ads

Here we will discuss how to write effective Classified ads which will easily attract visitors

1- Headline-Title

Your Headline Or Title should be good enough to attract visitors.Title has to be short and to the point - simply stating what you are selling.The title is normally the name of the product you are selling.Grabbing the reader's attention is your first objective. You must assume the reader is "scanning" the page on which your ad appears in the company of two or three hundred classified ads.Since there are hundreds ofClassified ads in any given publication you must be able to get the reader who scans all, or some of them, to stop in his tracks when he gets to your ad and to read your ad and then take action.

2- Description

Keep it Short but Detailed

It's true that readers don't have the attention span to read a small novella in the ad section, but you don't want to leave out important information. Include information that is sure to pique the interest of your readers. Words like 'rare', 'brand new', etc. are usually winners.

Before you write the ad, know exactly what it is you want to sell or Promote. You must know, very specifically, what you are going to accomplish through this ad. Once you have determined what you want to get across to the reader, write it out in one or more complete sentences. For example, you have the Car for Sale.You have to provide your car's make, model, year, mileage, options, technical specifications, an asking price, contact information and possibly more.

Describe the Good or Services what you are offering in positive terms.Be Honest and Real.

Don't mislead people on the quality of your item or any major details. People will be highly upset if they drive across town to pick up the item only to find it isn't exactly like you described.Also, always include a phone number, even your cell phone, as many eager buyers want immediate feedback on the item. If you wait for the classfied's site e-mail initiated response, it may be too late.

3-Photos

A picture is worth a thousand words. Some Free Classifieds sites allow photos,Load those digital photos onto your computer and place at least two or more in the ad.Buyers like being able to see the product before they buy it.Adding photos to your Classified ads is great way to increase interest in your ads. For the few extra clicks it takes to do, it can be well worth it.
