Good Media Center??? Answer ASAP!!!!?

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium PC and Intel Core 2 Processor (2.00 Ghz), and I don't have a TV tuner card nor a radio card. I've tried media portal, but didn't suit me. I'm looking for a Media Center that I can watch Online streaming TV without a TV tuner card and Internet Radio without a Radio card, where of course I can view my own Videos, Music and Pics and including some games and support of 3rd party plugins and skins and maybe saving Contacts as well!! Answer ASAP!!!!!

I liked J-River Media Center for the short duration I had it for, although I missed my Winamp after a while.
